Limited resumption of scheduled operations

flydubai has resumed operations across its network with a reduced schedule. We are continuously updating our schedule and adding more flights as airspace restrictions are lifted. Read more

We continue to monitor the situation closely. Flight durations may be longer than usual due to the temporary rerouting of some flight paths. The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority.

Customer advisory

Customers are advised not to travel to the airport unless they have a confirmed booking or official confirmation of a rebooked flight.

Customers connecting through Dubai on the flydubai network will only be accepted for travel to their origin if the connecting flight is operating.

The flydubai Contact Centre is experiencing a high volume of calls and appreciates our customers' patience while our teams work to assist everyone as soon as possible.

  • Check Flight Status for the latest information before heading to the airport.
  • Flights are available to book on flydubai.com, the flydubai Contact Centre in Dubai at (+971) 600 54 44 45, the flydubai Travel Shop, or via the respective travel agents.
  • Customers are advised to ensure that their contact details are up to date by visiting Manage your booking.
  • Customers booked to travel between 28 February and 31 March have the option to rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination up to 30 days from the original travel date with no penalty charges.
  • Customers who booked their flight with a travel agent are required to contact them for rebooking or refund options.

Change of airport in Doha from 15 September to 30 December 2022

From 15 September to 30 December 2022 all flydubai flights between Dubai and Doha will depart from and arrive at Doha International Airport (DIA) instead of Hamad International Airport (DOH). Read more

Please note that transit connecting flights are not permitted via Doha International Airport (DIA).

If you have already made a booking with us and provided your contact details, your updated travel itinerary will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of booking.

flydubai flights to be operated by Smartwings

flydubai has leased four Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Smartwings to add more capacity between 17 November 2022 and 16 January 2023. Read more

As flydubai prepares for a busy travel period this winter, the decision to lease the aircraft from the Czech Republic-based airline will allow more passengers to travel to their chosen destination throughout the busy season.

The all-Economy Class aircraft will operate on select routes on the flydubai network including Chattogram, Colombo, Dhaka, Karachi, Multan, Muscat and Sialkot.

If your flight is operated by Smartwings you will be notified prior to your travel date.
